Cultural studies field is a diverse field of inquiry that examines the daily practices of individuals, everyday interactions between people and broader social trends from the perspective of race, ethnicity, gender and nationality. It draws ideas, concepts and methods from many academic disciplines, including anthropology, economics, history, literary theory, media theory, political science, sociology and psychology.
