So for an artist Associate of Fine Arts degree provides a foundation. Basically Associate of Arts is a two-year degree, usually offered at junior colleges. Required credit hours for any degree depends upon state mandates but usually an associate’s degree takes between 60 and 64 credits to complete program of study.
